The science community in recent times has embarked on a mammoth task to “prove” the interconnected relationship of the planet we call home. Tracking and recording relationships between microbes and the life we need.
Some would say now we have proven what mother nature and those close to it already know, can we please start to respect that we all need each other, microbes, to mammals and everything in between, around and beyond.
Teams of real people, hundreds of researchers, speaking many languages, studying different ecosystems, gathered actual data, so the mapping represents 31 million “real trees” from more than 70 countries, with over 1.1 million forest plots represented.
